Reading the Audit tab
Every seat on a project can read its Audit tab. Each entry is one sentence with a pill below it, and the arrow beside it opens its detail.
1. The pill
The pill names the step the entry belongs to (Funding, Project, Pay application, and so on).
Its color says what kind of event it is:
2. What each color means
- Green: money moved.
- Blue: a project step.
- Yellow: waiting on someone, or only partly done.
- Red: something went wrong (refused, rejected, disputed, returned or failed).
- Gray: a record kept.
- A red or yellow outcome overrides the step's color.
3. An entry's detail
The arrow beside an entry opens its detail: the lines, documents and their fingerprints, the settlement reference, approvals and the technical record. Only what that reader may see is shown.
