  • Reading the Audit tab: what each pill and its color on a project's Audit tab mean, and opening an entry's detail.

  • Suppliers with lien rights: listing your suppliers with lien rights when you accept a project and on every pay application.
  • Your company's suppliers: adding your suppliers once, editing and archiving them, and their notice dates and PO amounts on each project.
  • Paying your suppliers: how a GC or a Sub pays a supplier straight from a pay application, what the supplier sees, and what the Owner sees.

  • Prevailing wage projects: setting a project as a prevailing wage project, and filing certified payroll for each pay application.
  • Your AI connections: what an AI you connect can and cannot do, signing in from it, and disconnecting it.
  • What your AI can read: the address to give your AI, everything it can read, and why it may be refused.
  • Scope notices: a Sub flagging a scope line that does not match its work, and the GC answering it.
  • Email notifications: turning email off or on by category, the emails that are always sent, and giving teammates a copy.
  • Settings: your profile, team and banks: your profile, your company's team and roles, removing a member, and changing a bank account.
  • The money dials on your Dashboard: what each money dial on your Dashboard shows for your seat, and the report behind it that proves the figure.
  • Reports: by contractor, transactions and retainage: what each Reports tab shows for your seat, the date range, the running total, retainage by party, and the downloads.
  • Disputes: filing a dispute on one line, the four dispute types and who each is against, the amount on hold, and closing a dispute.
  • Annual fee statements: the yearly PDF of the VisiPay fees your company paid, what it counts, and downloading it.
  • Cancelling a project: how the Owner cancels a project, a test project included, and what a cancelled project keeps.
  • The VisiPay API and webhooks: letting your own software read your projects and be told when a payment settles, with API keys and signed webhooks.
